Added 1000 badge trade in for Commander in Chief

Changed Dragon Orb combining recipes to only require 1 orbs in the amount that you would have needed to combine the orb manually. This simplifies orb crafting.

Twilight Medal recipes were adjusted

Nirvana will now drop more materials and the recipes have been updated to reflect the change

Added Chienkun Stone to Remote shop for 100k coins

Added Ember Powergem which is +100 HP Shard, which is free in the Remote Shop

Removed 7-12 Orbs from Boutique shop, and removed 1-6, and 8-12 Orbs from EG Shop, leaving only +1-6 Orbs in Boutique, and +7 Orbs in Event Boutique

Fixed crashing from attempting to purchase in EG Shop

Added Action, Intense and Extreme Action Stones to Assistant Wang Tsai in exchange for Lucky Coins.

Changed Nirvana opening requirement down to 2 players
